• Summer paddocks are large and grassy.
• We alternate between winter and summer paddocks and winter turnout paddocks are scraped of manure annually.
• Fencing is made of “Safe Fence” and is maintained regularly - no patchwork fencing or wire for horses to get tangled in.
• The barn is organized and designed with the comfort of you and your horse in mind with hot/cold running water, closet sized lockers, a place to make tea/coffee and a heated tack room for winter use.
• Our barn has excellent air quality and smells great!
• We use dust free soft wood shavings only, to protect your horse’s lungs.
• Hay and shavings are stored separately, away from the stalls, to ensure air quality.
• The grounds are maintained and clean without unnecessary clutter or equipment.

• Riding footing is professionally engineered and dust-free so you
and your horse can breathe clean air. It is also level and clear of obstacles.
• A Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Equine Iridologist is on site to help ensure proper nutrition for your horse.
• We accept only a limited number of boarders equating to a low horse to handler ratio and creating a consistent environment for your horse.
• We are NOT a busy commercial facility – overcrowding is not an option because our focus is peace and tranquility.
• Access to groomed riding trails that surround the farm.
